Private Events Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, private events held at our venue must comply with the following policies:
Our venue has a capacity limit of 25 people. If your group is larger, feel free to reach out: we may be able to work together to find a suitable solution.
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone, entry is restricted to individuals aged 12 and over. Our café is designed for a mature audience, and features like exposed edges, alcohol service, and numerous small game components make it unsuitable for younger children. We also strive to maintain a relaxed and focused atmosphere, crucial for everyone’s enjoyment of the gaming experience. Additionally, this policy helps us respect the peace and quiet of our neighborhood, especially during evening events.
As much as we love animals, we ask that you leave pets at home when visiting the café. This helps us keep the space clean, comfortable, and safe for everyone—especially with food, small game pieces, and potential allergies in mind. We also want to avoid any stress for your furry companions in a busy environment. Of course, service animals are exempt from this rule.
To respect our neighborhood, landlord rules, and municipal guidelines, all events must end by 22:00, including cleanup and guest departure.
