Description
Wavelength is a unique party game where two teams compete to read each other’s minds by interpreting abstract clues. One player, the “Psychic,” secretly observes a hidden target on a spectrum defined by two opposing concepts (e.g., Hot – Cold, Job – Career). The Psychic then gives a single word or phrase as a clue, aiming to guide their team to correctly guess the target’s precise location on that spectrum. The guessing team discusses where they believe the clue falls, rotates a physical dial to that spot, and the opposing team then predicts if the guess is to the left or right of the true target, leading to a reveal that often sparks hilarious debates and insights into how different minds interpret the same concepts.

I discovered this game here in Gothenburg thanks to a group of friends, and I found it to be really fun and interactive! Officially the game can be played in teams but, if you’re fewer than 6-8 people, it works perfectly well as full co-op!
