Description
The Resistance is a social deduction party game where players are secretly divided into two teams: Loyal Operatives and Spies. The Loyal Operatives must successfully complete a series of missions to win, while the Spies aim to sabotage these missions without revealing their identities. Each round, a leader proposes a team to go on a mission, and all players vote on whether to approve that team. If approved, the chosen players secretly contribute a “success” or “fail” card. Loyal Operatives must play “success,” while Spies can choose to play “fail” to undermine the mission. The intense discussion, accusations, and bluffing are central to the game, as players try to deduce who the Spies are before it’s too late, or for the Spies, to sow enough distrust to guarantee their victory.

This game, suggested by and dedicated to Andrej, is a thrilling hybrid between One Night Ultimate Werewolf and Secret Hitler! It’s fun, interactive, and packed with suspense, making you want to play game after game. Just like in Secret Hitler, be prepared to make some “enemies”, especially if you’re not a fan of talkative players.
