The game features a unique “Film Box” system, where combining a specific “Feature Film” box (which includes a Killer and a Location) with a “Final Girl” character box creates a unique and replayable scenario. The player manages a hand of cards, rolls dice for skill checks, and strategically spends time to search for items, rescues victims, confronts the killer, and eventually defeats them, all while battling escalating terror and the killer’s relentless pursuit in a race against time before victims run out or the Final Girl herself is caught.
