Description
The Mind is a unique and unconventional cooperative card game where players work together to complete a series of levels by playing cards in ascending order, from 1 to 100. The twist is that the players are not allowed to communicate in any way—no talking, no gestures, no signals. Players must rely on intuition, eye contact, and a shared sense of timing to determine when to play their next card. Each time a level is completed, the game becomes more challenging, adding more cards and fewer lives. The game is a tense, silent exercise in shared focus and trust, where the success of the group hinges entirely on a mysterious, non-verbal connection.
The Marco thinks:
This is one of the hardest games you’ll ever face. It’s super easy to learn —literally explainable in a minute— but advancing through the levels without communicating is truly, truly hard. To make it more manageable, I’d suggest allowing at least a basic form of communication with general phrases, like “I am confident I can place my card now” or “It might be my turn, but I’m not so sure.”
The Lidia thinks:
What the Marco said. I also love exaggerating my expressions and using silly body language—it makes the game way more fun.
